Our policy lasts 10 working days. If 10 working days have gone by since dispatch of your order , unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

a.p.e.r.k.y. will bear the shipping cost of the return for defective or wrong items only. Please note that refund will be in the form of store credit and shipping fee paid for complete order will not be refunded.
We will review your request and provide you the return address and details. a.p.e.r.k.y. reserves the right to reject any return/exchange requests.
